The rustic waterfront restaurant and bar is open air, has a private white sandy beach with a tropical feel and flavor. Tables and chairs are set to the water's edge. We loved the waterfront setting at Macky’s. You can sit inside, on the deck, or right on the beach in the sand (which we chose), though note happy hour (3-6) is only at the bar and deck. The food was very good - cheese fries were crispy, flavorful, and came out fast, the smash burger was cooked perfectly with a great sauce, and while the chicken sandwich with Brie wasn’t my favorite, it was definitely interesting. Drinks (rum runner and sangria) were refreshing, and our server was extremely friendly and attentive. Even with the windy weather, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our meal.

Great atmosphere and right on the water! The food was good and so were the drinks, but they weren't great. The fries were not good and tasted almost sweet. They do have good happy hour deals, even on the weekends. The service wasn't the best, but because the atmosphere is so good, we would probably go back, sit by the water and try something different on the menu.

I went yesterday with my family to celebrate an anniversary and was seated right away with a beautiful view of the water. The waitstaff member Sara provided excellent service & care to our group. You’ll find great balance of a sociable and relaxing atmosphere here depending on where you are seated. Great crab dip and drinks with souvenir buckets to take home too!! 🪣☀️
